Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just choose the e-mail box account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
